Juice Making

Hello their, my class and I were making juice. Our ingrdients were Pear and Apple, these are the inquipments that we used. It was a knife to cut, a jar to pour in the juice and also a Juice maker to mix the apple and the pear. Fisrt we had to wash our hands before we start our juice. It looked pretty exciting, and I felt pretty nervous. Secound of all we had to get a knife to cut the pear and the apple, it was pretty hard for the other students to cut. One of my friends said that they couldn't cut but I said to try and do their best. So they tried and tried until they got the hang of it. At last Mary and I went to Mr Barks to mix in the apple and the pear, we were jumping with excitment because we were the first ones to finish. After that we had to pour in the juice into a big jar that was coloured brownish. Finaly we got to drink it from the final session. "Yummy!"

Netball Tournement

Wednsday morning which was the Netball tournement, my team and I was trying to get ready for the first game for netball. We were really nervous because how it was the first game, when we were ready to go onto the court. We had to wait for some transport to come and take us.But we did get to practise on our court that was next to the staff room. Practising was really tiring because we had to run around the court 2 times, but the best thing that we got to play was half court. It was really confusing for the boys because they didn’t understand the instructions, but it was really exciting for them to play netball, because it was their first game. As we were playing half court I got really sick and tired of stopping the game speacilly for the boys, because they weren’t listening to the instrutions properly while Miss Vafusuanga was talking to us. I was thinking that they were not paying attention or maybe I think it was probably they were talking to each other and MissVafusuanga didn’t notice.During that time, walking towards us was the under 50kgs, I was confused why they were here. I thought that if they wanted to have a game against us but they kind of felt weird.I was heard that they didn’t have enough transport because their were only three transports, the three transport and they were Miccey, Miss Vaafusuanga and Mr Jacobson the short one.After that we were getting ready to to the ANZ Netball Court.My team which was the over 50kgs felt really nervous because how it was their first time, as we were just about go the coaches had to decide who was going to which.They just chose like 4 or more, and as we were waiting for Mr Jacobson to come we waited and waited for him inside the breeze to come. When he came he we were all excited because he b rought a van with two seats in the front like their was are chair in the middle and two chairs on the side and 8 seats at the back.In Miss Vaafusuanga’s car she had to take 4 people with and and 4 people with Miccey. As we were going to the Netball court we were jumping singing and laughing because someone was making fun of themselves and we were singing while we were half over their.Just about their we saw heaps of schools that looked pretty tough.But I said to myself in my head that “We a going to win I know that because CHAMPIONS NEVER GIVE UP”.While we were walking to the Netball court we all felt really nervous because nearly the whole school was looking at us like they’ve never seen us before.While we were practising our game the under 50kg looked really scared and they looked really shoct.When the bell went “Dong” the lady who was from Tamaki Primary School called out all the schools to meet her next to the Cafeteria.Everyone was running and screaming while they were walking to the cafeteria,but when we went we had to go as a team. So we all went as a team and every body plus the teachers was looking at us. When we all sat down and the lady started explaining what is going to happen.

Rarotonga was a very amazing place where my sister was born, my oldest sister.Her name is Ngatamaine, she is the coach for the Netball team, she sometimes reaf for my netball game.Did you know that she works at the ANZ Netball that is where I play.When ever I see her work she gives me nuggets, a hot dog, hot chips with tomatoe sauce on top.They taste really delicious, if I eat where my sister works I say “Yummy” when she gives me food. I feel excited when my netball game is finished because I can hang around the netball court that is beside the Cafeteria.

My Adventurous Holiday

The first day of my holiday which was Saturday, my family and I were going out to are special birthday party in Pakuranga, we had to leave by 11.00.First we had to find some new clothing to wear and a foot wear, it felt really tiering looking for some clothes and foot wear. When my older sister was walking towards me, I said, “Can you help me find a dress to wear at the Birthday Party?,” and so she said “Okay”.So we both started looking for a few of dresses for me to wear.Their were five dresses that were coloured Blue and purple,yellow with stripes, pink with sparkling stars and red with green flowers over it.We both looked carefully and it was really difficult to decied because they actually looked pretty beautiful, but we only had to decied one drees.We both agreed on the red one that had amazing flowers that were green.While we were trying to put my dress on me,it felt very fit.After that I ran to the front door to get my black shoe that kind of matched my dress.As I put it on I said,”Now that is just the right size.”When I was all ready to go I had to baby sit my little baby brother in the lounge,I felt sick and tired of baby sitting because everyday I always have to baby sit even after school I still have to baby sit.While I was waiting for my sister to get of the room I gave my brother to her to hold.She was moaning and groaning because she really doesn’t like baby sitting, she said that its always hard to baby sit and I said, Oh yes it is.I kind of looked a bit worried because when I was baby sitting it really didn’t feel that hard, because I was sitting onto the couch.

My 2010 Reflection

My best thing in class, is learning how to read and write and being at school is good to learn.My favourite thing this year at school is going Camping,because my favourite thing was Camp I really like making stuffs,cooking food,sleeping in the tent,Kayaking and wacthing movies with the whole senior school kids.The thing I enjoy mostly at school is playing Baseball with our coach Cola because when I saw a man I realised that he had a bag full of glove,a bat and a ball.My goal is to practise my Mathes learn and read what I am looking at.
